Campus Crusade for Christ South Africa

The internship program is designed to give individuals an opportunity to experience serving the Lord for a year through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ – South Africa. Our overall vision is to launch movements in all sectors of society by giving people an opportunity to hear the gospel and grow in their faith while being discipled as followers of Jesus Christ.

As you serve with us we are committed to training you in basic ministry skills, leadership development as well as theological education in order to be as effective as possible in your internship role. At the end of your intern year you will be given an opportunity to decide in joining us full time or serve in another capacity according to the leading of the Lord.

Wherever the Lord should lead you we desire for you to be equipped with the necessary tools to serve the Lord for a lifetime. Our hope is that you will end your year having been transformed by Jesus and by your experience as a godly leader.

-          Meet consistently with a trainer / coach for development
-          Spend 30 hours in a specific ministry (depending on your particular interest
            and skill)
-          Participate in our "School of Leadership"
-          Serve on a team
-          Participate in conferences & other events
-          Initiate developing your own discipleship ministry

-          Heart for God and people
-          Heart to serve
-          Peer Reference
-          Signed CCC-SA "Statement of Faith"
-          Willingness to raise own funds
-          Emotional maturity
-          Social maturity
-          Single or married w / o children

Cost: It is your responsibility / privilege to see God's people meet your needs through monthly investments in your ministry. Ministry partner development training will help you master the basics of developing a team of faithful friends who will stand behind you in prayer and giving. Your goal will be determined with respect to your personal needs and your ministry assignment.
